Appealing

Carl Lewis will appeal NJ Lt.Gov/SecState Kim Guadagno's decision that he did not meet residency requirements to run for the 8th LD Senate seat. As an added bonus, his attorney, William Tambussi, will challenge the constitutionality of NJ's 4-year residency requirement in federal court.
