I Love the Smell of Money in the Morning

I had a goofy thought a month or so ago when Moorestown was tussling over funding another million-dollar artificial turf playing field: Why don't we build a heliport uptown. It would be good for business, attracting the "Master of the Universe" crowd we prefer here in Moorestown, people who don't deserve to be stuck in traffic like the rest of us sweaty, common folk.

Well, guess what? My facetious fantasy might just come true … in Evesham. Conner Strong & Buckelew, the insurance firm headed by NJ Dem Master George Norcross, wants the township planning board to approve a "helistop" at its corporate office on Rt. 73. Some in the sweating masses are not pleased.
