If you oppose using Open Space funds for rubber space, there's a simple, time-tested way for you to influence the Council's decision: Contact Council members. Tell them, politely but firmly, something like, I live in Moorestown, I vote in Moorestown, and I oppose the use of Open Space funds for artificial turf. If you want to say more, go for it, but a simple declaration of your position should suffice.
Whatever you do, do it quickly. Council's public hearing on using Open Space funds is this coming Monday, April 11.
