The Rookie

Jon Runyan is a novice politician and a freshman member of Congress, so he deserves a little slack. But his constituents in the NJ-3 should expect better than this June 22 performance delivering a one-minute speech on the floor of the House.

    I agree. Looks like he is reading this for the first time. I'd advise him to read it at least once out loud before going up to the podium.
