Daylilies and dandelions are about the only plants I'm successful with. I assumed that the daylily (aka Outhouse Lily, Railroad Lily, Roadside Lily, Ditch Lily) was native. Not so. It's an "invasive" species native to Eurasia. At least good old Taraxacum officinale is 'Merican.
