Congressman Jon Runyan (R-NJ3) appears Thursday at a House GOP freshman presser expressing support for the "Boehner Plan," doesn't speak, then disappears about halfway through. Watch only if you're a fan of boilerplate GOP blather.
Too bad Speaker Boehner couldn't muster enough votes in his own caucus Thursday and his "plan" fell apart. That would be embarrassing for normal people, but GOPs and elected officials generally are immune from embarrassment, unless they're caught tweeting their junk.
